These solutions are developed directly in your Office 365 environment, ensuring complete ownership and control:
- One-Time Payment: You own the solution forever; no ongoing fees.
- Secure & Private: All personal data stays on your servers, with authentication and security handled by Microsoft.
- No Extra Licenses: Typically, no additional licenses are required (exceptions apply for specific automation features).
Development Process:
- You create a user account for me in your Office 365 tenant.
- I work directly within your environment to build the solution.
- We’ll meet under a consultation agreement to:
- Understand your needs.
- Map out the proposed solution.
- Provide you with a fixed-fee budget wherever possible.
Flexible Pricing:
- Fixed-Fee Budgets: Ideal for most projects.
- Hourly Rates: Required for tasks like cleaning and importing historical data.
Scalable & Flexible Design:
- Your solution will adapt as your organization grows: update departments, countries, product lines, and more through a user-friendly admin area.
- For ongoing administration or maintenance, we can set up a tailored support agreement.
Note: Additional features outside the agreed budget will require further negotiation.
2. Pre-Built Products and Modules
Over time, I’ve identified common workflow steps or entire tools that many organizations use. These are now packaged into stand-alone products and modules.
- Easy to Use: Install directly into Office 365 with minimal setup.
- Flexible: Designed to meet the general needs of most users.
